The Advising and Records Coordinator is available on a drop-in basis. See the Academic Advising staff to:

- Develop suitable educational plans
- Obtain assistance deciding on a major
- Clarify general education and graduation requirements
- Get advice if you are experiencing academic difficulty

At the beginning of every quarter, you should come into the Stevenson College Office to get your validation sticker for the current quarter.
If you are planning on taking a course-load of less than 15 or more than 19 credits, contact an academic adviser. Students with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better, are permitted to enroll in up to 22 credits. However, you cannot enroll in more than 19 credits until the first day of instruction.
You can also visit the advising staff as your first stop for general help and referrals to support your academic success. Watch for quarterly advising events such as Evening Advising, Lunchtime Advising and other opportunities for advising help.
