Every registered student has a mailbox at Stevenson College, even if you are currently living off campus.

There are two or three people per mailbox (perhaps even four people). We urge you to be considerate of your boxmate by checking your box frequently, remember that the boxes are small. Do not take mail that is not addressed to you; it is a federal offense to do so.

At the beginning of the year each new Stevenson student will be issued a key to his/her mailbox. You will be responsible for your mailbox key during your entire time at Stevenson. If you lose your key you must buy a new one; the cost is currently $ 10.00. Should you return your key at any time before you withdraw, graduate, or take a leave of absence, you will be charged a $5.00 processing fee to have your key returned. Please do not ask the mail attendant to check your box (when you forget or lose your key); it is a federal offense for them to do so.

When you receive a package at your college address, a slip will be put in your box to notify you. Packages can be picked up during the mailroom hours.

The Mailroom is located in the basement of House 9. House 9 is behind House 8 and behind the Stevenson Events Center.

If you are leaving Stevenson College, please fill out a forwarding card and return it to the mailroom. (This includes summer breaks.) - Please be aware that if you are moving off-campus but remaining a student, we will NOT forward your mail since you will still receive mail at your college box.

Lastly, please be sure that the COMPLETE name and address is put on your mail, otherwise your mail will be delayed. The address for student mail at Stevenson college is:
