The apartments house approximately 136 upper division students. A combination of single room, double room, and some triple room apartments are available. Each apartment houses five or six upper class residents. Located in the new apartments are the Housing and Residential Life Office staff, Mailroom, Resnet Office and Maintenance Office. The apartment complex also has a community room and laundry room.
