Friends and Family Weekend, 2008

Friends and family of Stevenson students are invited to attend our Friends and Family Weekend on Saturday, April 12th and Sunday,13th, 2008. The weekend will feature a variety of optional activities for family, friends, and students, including tours of Stevenson College, Faculty Welcome, Stevenson slide show, a showcase of student artwork, and an Open Mic Night featuring student performances.

 

Saturday’s events will culminate in a barbeque in the Stevenson Quad, and there will be a light brunch on Sunday. (Vegetarian and vegan options will be provided at both meals)

 

A finalized schedule will be available here on the Stevenson College website within the following week. We will also be accepting student submissions for the art show, slide show, and Open Mic Night; further information regarding this will be available at the beginning of March.

Stevenson Tour & Selling of Stevenson Apparel

(Stevenson Quad)- 1:00pm-4:00pm

 

*Stevenson BBQ -vegan & vegetarian options available

(Stevenson Event Center & Quad) - 5:00pm-7:00pm

 

Stevenson Student Open Mic (Stevenson Event Center) -

7:00pm-8:00pm

 

Sunday, April 13

*Stevenson Art Student Show & Brunch

(Stevenson Coffee House) - 10:00am-12:00pm

 

*Meal ticket required -

- BBQ= $8.50 (tickets CAN be purchased at the door)

- Brunch - $3.00 (tickets CAN be purchased at the door)
